The card looked exactly like the preview, which surprised me a bit. The photos came out sharp and the colours were better than I expected. I was half expecting something to look a little off, but nope, no smudges or faded bits at all. I’m really happy with it, even though I’ll admit I was probably being too picky before it arrived...

Got the card in the mail and, yeah, it was perfect. No bends. No weird marks. Nothing to complain about. The packaging looked clean and secure, not overdone or messy. Just did exactly what it needed to do.

I ordered flowers for my mum and they arrived looking really fresh, with lovely colours and no droopy stems at all. She even said they lasted longer than she expected. I’ve used a couple of other flower delivery companies before and sometimes the bouquets look tired on arrival, but these were definitely better. Really happy with the order.

I’ve used moonpig a few times now and it’s just really easy, really straightforward. The website and the app are both simple to use, I can find a card quickly, add photos without any faff, and I love that it saves addresses too. Checkout is smooth and doesn’t get confusing like some other sites. I ordered from my phone last time and it all worked fine, no issues at all. Super handy, especially when I’ve forgotten a birthday again, again!

I was surprised by how many options there were. I kept noticing little details, like different styles and small variations, which made it easy to find something that actually fit what I was looking for.

I ordered a personalised mug and some chocolates for my sister, and they turned out even nicer than I expected. The mug felt good quality and it’s something she can actually use every day, which I liked. Everything arrived well packed and looked really nice. She was so happy with it.

The card came out how I designed it, as far as I can tell, and I didn’t notice any mistakes. Overall, I’m happy with it

It took ages to get a reply, and even after waiting and waiting, the issue still isn’t really sorted. I kept having to check back, and the whole thing just dragged on. Really frustrating when you wait that long and the problem is still basically there.

I’ve found Moonpig’s address book really handy because it keeps all my saved addresses in one place. I’m always forgetting postcodes, so not having to look them up every time makes a big difference. Sending cards feels much quicker now, and when I needed to update someone’s address, it was really straightforward.

I spotted a mistake right after placing my order, but changing it was really quick. Compared to other sites where you usually have to cancel the whole thing and reorder, this was much simpler. Super handy and saved me a bit of hassle.

I’m the kind of person who goes by simple rules of thumb, and for me it’s easy: if something keeps showing up on time, I stick with it. So far, they’ve never missed a delivery, which makes it one less thing I have to think about.

I’ve used Moonpig a few times now, and the payment side has been dependable for me. My card went through without any fuss, and the confirmation email came in quickly, which is really all you can ask for when you’re just trying to get a card sent without hassle.
I’m giving it 4 stars because one time the page took a little longer to load after I paid, and for a minute I wasn’t sure if it had actually worked. Thankfully it did, and there was no double charge or anything like that. Fair enough really, as long as companies are clear and don’t leave people out of pocket, that’s what matters.

It arrived quicker than I expected, so that was a really nice surprise...

The discount code worked on the first try and saved me a bit of money, so that part was fine. Still, it’s annoying that I had to deal with finding a code in the first place instead of them just giving the discount upfront.

The reminders are really helpful and have saved me again, so maybe I’m just being picky, but I do kind of wish the emails came a little earlier sometimes

I’ve used moonpig a few times now and normally there are loads of cards to choose from, which is kind of the whole point. This time though, a couple of the ones I actually liked were out of stock, why is it always the decent designs when you’re in a rush?
I did manage to find a nice one in the end and it arrived on time, so I can’t complain too much. I’d still use them again, but it would be great if the popular cards didn’t disappear right when you need them

I was able to cancel in the end, but the process wasn’t as straightforward as I expected. It felt like an avoidable hassle, and I wish they had made the steps clearer.

I found the cards really nice and easy to make, which I appreciated. The only thing that threw me off was the final price once postage and a few extras were added in. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but I do wish everything was shown more clearly before checkout. I still liked the end result, but that little surprise at the end took away some of the excitement...

I hadn’t logged into my moonpig account in absolutely ages, so I was fully expecting it to be a bit of a faff, but it was dead easy. The password reset email came through really quickly, and all my old addresses were still saved, which definitely saved me loads of time. No hassle at all, I was back in and ordering my card within a few minutes. Couldn’t have been smoother if it tried.
